I can't believe it's the last day! I have had so much fun with this challenge, I'm for sure doing it again next year! 

Anyway, here is the final shot. Pretty different than what I normally do. I did not have a cooperative model.

Only one day left! January has just flown by-I hope the same thing happens with February and March! I can't wait to meet this new baby girl!

A collection of pictures of Lucy wouldn't be complete without one with her best friend, and cousin, Ellie Mae. They are the best of friends and probably will be forever. It's adorable.

This photo is far from technically perfect. But I was shooting a wedding all day and got home just in time to get Lucy dinner and bed. 

After dinner, Daddy got her in her jammies. Then she wanted her coat on, apparently so that she could take her baby on a walk (around the house). I asked her to walk with the stroller down to the bathroom and then back to me. So she went to the bathroom and then sat down and started posing. :) Silly baby.

Lucy's figured out the system. This morning when I said it was nap time she said "No! No! Pictures!", and she ran over and started posing for me. :) Here's what I got-fake smile and all. And Lucy postponed her nap a little longer.

Lucy got her mom's long, thin "pianist" fingers. And just like her mom, she loves to sit at the piano and play and sing. She also commands anyone nearby to "sit down" and listen to her. I think it's adorable. Way to be confident about your skills, my little friend.

We had a busy day today! Both my sister-in-law and one of my best friends had babies! They are both darling little boys, and I can't wait to photograph them next week! I'm also doing a wedding shoot and an engagement shoot this week, so be sure to come back and check them all out!

Here's my sweet baby for a few more months. Then she'll be my big girl. Sniff.

On a good note, she was so cute and soft with the babies she saw today. She'll be a good big sister.

Lucy loves to do puzzles. She'll sit for ages just putting them together and then taking them apart again. I think it's so cute!

I realized something awesome today. If I make goofy faces at Lucy (even with the camera in hand), she'll make them back. She never used to do that! It opens up a whole new set of possibilities!

Lucy's favorite game right now is to go in her room, close the door, knock on it until someone comes and then run away from them screaming. She thinks it's so funny. We think it's getting a little old. :)

Darn it! Yesterday was one of those days, I just didn't have time to get a picture posted! Here it is though! I've been a little bit obsessed with black and whites lately, if you can't tell.

Lucy is a very clean girl. She doesn't like to be dirty. Ever. She has had the spoon mastered for ages, but I realized today how funny she uses it. Totally sideways-and look at her tongue! I don't know how she doesn't spill all of her food! Funny girl!

I had this picture sitting on my desktop waiting to be posted since lunch time yesterday, and then I got busy with homework and left for school without posting it! 

Anyway, here's day 20. I love this little lady!

For Christmas, Lucy got the book "There's a Wocket in my Pocket". She also got this little stuffed guy with it. She named him "Pocket", and he goes everywhere with her. She sleeps with him, takes him on walks in her doll stroller, and loves to read his book to him. It makes me laugh what she gets attached to.

Lucy was in a darling dress and had her hair all curled. But this is what we ended up with. I guess she wasn't in the mood for pretty pictures today. 

I'm okay with that.

Today I had a photo shoot up in Salt Lake, so we took some pictures of Lucy at Temple Square. She loves the fountains. She runs over to them yelling that she wants to "swim" when she sees one. Don't worry, dad was closer to her in this picture than you might think. :)

Lucy hates this hat. I'm so sad that I spent money on it. She wont even keep it on her head, and it looks so cute on her too. Oh well!

We got to play outside today! It was the first time in about 3 weeks that the weather has been warmer than 20*. Brr!!
